Privacy Policy & Platform Terms
1. Nature of the Platform
TeachBD operates exclusively as an online introductory marketplace and digital portfolio platform. We provide interactive presentation channels and connection frameworks that enable independent educators, guardians, and academic organizations to locate and interact with one another. TeachBD is not an educational agency, employer, or placement provider.
2. Child Safety & Conduct Boundaries
The safety, well-being, and dignity of students remain absolute. However, because TeachBD operates solely as a digital introductory facility, the physical interactions, offline behaviors, and conduct execution of users cannot be directly supervised by the platform.
⚠️ Explicit Safety Liability Exemption
If any educator or registered professional is found engaging in the abuse, harassment, exploitation, or mistreatment of a child, student, or minor, TeachBD completely disclaims any and all legal, physical, and civil liabilities. We act exclusively as an independent technological medium connecting guardians and educators. The accountability and burden of performing baseline domestic security clearances, background verification checks, and ongoing behavioral supervision rests completely and solely upon the contracting guardians.
3. Institutional & Employment Standing
Profiles assigned within our Elite Educators cluster display current professional milestones as requested and cataloged during baseline configuration setups.
⚠️ School Employment Liability Exclusion
Upon creating an active portal or profile request within our network, if an educator is subsequently terminated, dismissed, suspended, or sacked from their respective educational institution or workplace school, TeachBD is under no obligation or legal liability to modify, support, or cover resulting income or prestige metrics. We hold no legal association with third-party school hiring boards and bear zero liability for alterations regarding an instructor’s independent employment status.
4. Credentials & Strict Zero-Tolerance Fraud Rules
To preserve academic excellence, absolute transparency is required across all authentication workflows.
⛔ Prohibition of Fraudulent Documentation
The submission of forged, fake, misleading, or altered academic certificates, professional credentials, institutional identification cards, or experience accolades is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to distribute falsified profiles will yield an immediate, permanent ban from the entire platform infrastructure without recourse.
⚠️ Credential Discovery Disclaimers
If fake or fraudulent academic certificates are discovered post-publication, TeachBD will immediately terminate the portfolio and strip its entry from public directories. TeachBD holds zero legal accountability for actions taken by professionals utilizing fake documentation prior to discovery. Independent users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform from any resulting third-party legal challenges.
