Terms and Conditions for Guardians — TeachBD Platform

Welcome to TeachBD. By registering as a guardian, you agree to the following rules. Please read carefully.

1. ACCOUNT INTEGRITY & TRUE INFORMATION
Please provide accurate contact details, location, and information about the student(s) you are seeking a tutor for. Incorrect information can lead to poor matches and delays in finding the right teacher.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
The platform fee shown for each tutor is final once a demo class outcome is agreed. Payment must be made through the official bKash channel shown in your dashboard — never send payment to a tutor directly or through any unofficial channel. Once your payment is verified by our team, the tutor's contact details are unlocked in your dashboard.

3. DEMO CLASS POLICY
The platform fee must be paid before a demo class is confirmed. This protects both you and the tutor and ensures our team can properly verify the arrangement.

4. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
Treat tutors with respect and professionalism at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive communication toward a tutor is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension.

5. CONTACT PRIVACY
Do not share a tutor's contact information with third parties. Contact details are shared with you specifically so you can arrange classes directly — they are not to be redistributed or used for any other purpose.

6. BYPASSING THE PLATFORM
Arranging to pay a tutor outside the platform to avoid the service fee is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension for both parties.

7. REPORTING CONCERNS
If you have any concern about a tutor's conduct, attendance, or your child's safety, report it to our team immediately via the messaging system in your dashboard. We take all reports seriously.

8. ACCEPTANCE
By ticking the checkbox and submitting this form, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms. TeachBD may update these terms at any time.
